Grief Management
You may know the feeling that the loss of a loved one leaves a void that is difficult to fill.
Grief is a natural reaction to loss and can manifest itself in many forms – from deep sadness to anger and guilt.
Everyone grieves differently and there is no "right" or "wrong" way to grieve.
But sometimes grief can become so overwhelming that it permanently affects everyday life
and it is difficult to find joy in life again.
I understand how challenging it can be to deal with such intense feelings.
My therapy methods are designed to support you during this difficult time and help you
find your own way through grief.
These methods are designed as short-term therapies and can bring noticeable relief in just a few sessions.
Hypnosis
With suggestive hypnosis, I support you in positively influencing your thoughts and feelings.
In a deep state of relaxation, we can work together to process stressful emotions, allow you to let go and develop new perspectives. Hypnosis enables you to find an inner space of calm and peace in which healing can take place. Hypnoanalysis Through hypnoanalysis, we can identify and work on deep emotional blockages. Often it is unconscious patterns or memories that make the grieving process more difficult. Together, we work to address these causes and achieve lasting improvement.
Talk Therapy
In talk therapy, I offer you a safe space full of understanding and acceptance.
Here you can speak openly about your feelings and reflect.
Through sensitive conversations, I support you in better understanding your thoughts and developing new coping strategies.
EMDR
EMDR is particularly helpful in processing traumatic experiences related to loss.
Targeted eye movements stimulate the processing process in the brain,
which can defuse stressful memories.
Yager Code
The Yager Code helps to resolve unconscious blockages.
With this method, we identify problems that lie deep in the subconscious and work to resolve them,
in order to make the path to healing easier for you.
Autogenic Training and relaxation methods
Autogenic training offers you techniques for self-relaxation.
This method helps you to reduce stress and find inner peace - important prerequisites for coping with grief. I will show you simple exercises that you can use at any time to support yourself in difficult moments.
Self-Hypnosis
Self-hypnosis is a valuable addition to hypnotherapy.
I will teach you self-hypnosis techniques so that you can access your subconscious even outside of our sessions.
This will enable you to continue the positive effects of the therapy independently and regain your emotional balance.
Each of these methods can be used individually or in combination.
In the preliminary discussion, we will find out together which form of therapy is best for you
and how long the treatment is likely to last.
