(chronical) Pain

Maybe you know the feeling that pain dominates your everyday life

and you go from doctor to doctor without finding a clear cause.

This pain can have both physical and psychosomatic causes

and is often associated with a high level of frustration.

The idea that pain can also have psychological roots

is frightening and shameful for many people.

But it is important to understand that our mind and body form a unified system that is constantly interacting.

Some things can actually "give us a headache" or "get on our nerves".

These expressions illustrate how closely our emotions are linked to physical sensations.

In my practice, I offer various therapy methods that aim to relieve your pain and give you a better quality of life.

My methods are designed as short-term therapies, so that noticeable changes are often possible after just a few sessions:

Suggestive Hypnosis

Did you know that hypnosis is one of the oldest means of anesthesia? It was used long before chemical anesthesia and is now increasingly being rediscovered by clinics as an effective method. It is already very common in many dental practices. With the help of targeted suggestions, the sensation of pain can be influenced and even completely eliminated. This means that operations under hypnosis are even possible without the use of other anesthetics. Hypnosis is a well-tested method for influencing pain symptoms in the short to long term.

Analytical Hypnosis

This form of hypnosis goes deeper and aims to uncover the psychological reasons for your pain.

During the trance, I work with you to bring hidden causes to light and resolve them.

This can be particularly helpful if your pain is psychosomatic in nature.

Self-Hypnosis

I will show you self-hypnosis techniques that you can use independently to reduce your pain sensation in everyday life.

By practicing regularly, you can learn to treat joint pain, back pain, stomach pain, headaches, and much more on your own - with the aim of hopefully reducing the use of medication.

Yager Code

The Yager Code is an innovative method of working with the subconscious without directly confronting traumatic experiences. This technique uses the "higher consciousness" to identify blocking patterns and gently resolve them. The Yager Code can be particularly effective for psychosomatic pain, as it helps to uncover and work through unconscious conflicts or emotional stress.

EMDR

EMDR is a form of therapy that was originally developed to treat trauma and is now also used successfully for chronic pain.

It can help to reduce the emotional stress that is often associated with chronic pain.

Talk Therapy

Perhaps you feel left alone with your complaints and wish you had someone who really listens and understands.

Talk therapy is based on the principles of Carl Rogers and offers a safe space for open communication.

Empathy, unconditional appreciation and authenticity are the focus here.

This form of therapy can be particularly helpful for psychosomatic complaints, as it enables you to

express your feelings and gain new perspectives.

Chronic pain disorders in particular are often accompanied by increased mental stress.

Talk therapy can also provide relief here.

The exact duration of the therapy varies depending on individual needs.

In the preliminary discussion, we take the time to find the best solution together and estimate the duration.

My methods can be used individually or in combination. I invite you to make an appointment with me and find out together which approaches are best for you. Let's work together to sustainably improve your quality of life.
