Relationship Issues

You are experiencing challenges in your relationship that seem difficult to overcome.

Jealousy, fear of abandonment and mistrust can shake the foundations of your partnership.

Perhaps conflicts have become more intense recently or entrenched behaviors have become more entrenched.

Issues such as communication problems, emotional distance or different life goals may be putting additional strain on you.

Your very own psychological challenges have a direct or indirect impact on the partnership and are putting additional strain on it.

You may feel plagued by feelings of guilt and shame, especially if you regret what was said or done after an argument.

You may also notice that you are not behaving the way you would like yourself to.

The concern that your relationship could be at risk is understandable.

Many people therefore decide to work on themselves, but do not know exactly how to break out of the same structures and thought patterns.

It makes sense and is a sign of strength and a sense of responsibility to seek support in this process in the form of coaching or therapy.

These problems are often based on beliefs and thought patterns that are deeply anchored in the subconscious,

which lead to disturbing feelings, thoughts and actions.

These are usually very difficult or even impossible to change through good will and reason.

Rational approaches from self-help books or seminars then reach their limits,

as they do not get to the root of the problem, which may be deeply anchored in the subconscious.

In my practice, I offer you methods that work directly with your subconscious.

These short-term therapies are designed so that you can experience a noticeable change after just a few sessions.

Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a versatile and effective method for diving deep into the subconscious

and exploring the emotional roots of relationship issues such as jealousy or fear of abandonment.

In a state of deep relaxation, we can specifically look for the triggers that cause these negative emotions.

Through targeted suggestions, we have the opportunity to "reprogram" ingrained thought and behavior patterns, so to speak. This allows you to dissolve old blockages and restore inner balance,

which leads to more trust and serenity in your relationship.

Another important aspect of hypnosis is self-hypnosis:

This technique enables you to learn spontaneous self-regulation of your thoughts and feelings.

During the hypnosis sessions, I will show you how you can use self-hypnosis effectively

to independently strengthen your emotional well-being in everyday life.

By practicing regularly, you develop a deeper understanding of your own needs

and reactions within the partnership. This self-empowerment not only promotes your personal growth,

but also helps to build a more loving and supportive relationship.

Yager Code

The Yager Code is an innovative method that is similar to hypnosis, but does not require a hypnotic trance. This technique works with your "higher consciousness" to identify and gently dissolve unconscious blockages and patterns.

A key advantage of the Yager Code is its ability to address deep-rooted emotional problems without you having to directly confront traumatic experiences. This often makes the process faster and less stressful.

The Yager Code can also be used effectively for a variety of relationship issues by helping to

break old behavioral patterns and establish new, healthier ways of being together.

This method offers an exciting opportunity for personal development and to strengthen your partnership.

EMDR

EMDR is a form of therapy that was originally developed to treat trauma and

is now also successfully used for relationship issues.

Guided eye movements are used to process and reassess stressful memories,

with the aim of gaining a healthy emotional distance.

Talk Therapy

Perhaps you feel left alone with your relationship problems and wish someone who really listens and understands.

Talk therapy offers you a safe space for open communication about topics such as marital conflicts or partnership problems. Empathy and unconditional appreciation are the focus here.

You use your individual potential for insight and further development in a framework free from pressure and judgment.

It is good and important for you to get help - no one has to live with their relationship issues alone.

The exact duration of the therapy varies depending on individual needs. In the preliminary discussion, we take the time to

find the best solution for you together and to estimate the duration of the coaching or therapy.
