Generalized Anxiety

You may have felt like your thoughts are constantly circling around potential dangers or problems.

People with generalized anxiety disorder are constantly worried or anxious and have difficulty controlling

these feelings. The severity, frequency, or duration of the worries is often greater than the situation warrants.

These fears are general in nature and can cover many topics that change from time to time -

from work and family responsibilities to money and health to everyday things like car repairs and housework.

Sometimes you may wake up with an inexplicable feeling of anxiety,

and even an unexpected ringing of the doorbell or opening a letter can make you anxious.

You often feel ashamed of these feelings because you know that everything should be fine.

This constant tension can lead to exhaustion, sleep problems, and a general feeling of being overwhelmed.

If these feelings sound familiar, you are not alone.

Many people struggle with generalized anxiety disorder, which can significantly interfere with everyday life.

I understand how difficult it can be to overcome this condition alone.

That is why I offer various therapy methods in a protected setting that can help you

to overcome your fearsand regain a sense of control over your life.

In a trusting atmosphere, we create a safe space for your personal development together.

Talk Therapy

In talk therapy according to Carl Rogers, I offer you a safe space in which you can speak out about your fears free from shame and judgment. This method promotes your self-confidence and personal growth through empathy and unconditional acceptance.

Suggestive Hypnosis

With suggestive hypnosis, I support you in building up your inner resources and making the existing but inaccessible inner strength usable again. During the hypnotic trance, you receive suggestions that help your subconscious to react more calmly to stressful situations.

Analytical Hypnosis

Analytical hypnosis enables us to uncover the deep-rooted causes of your fears together. In a state of deep relaxation, hidden memories or experiences that may have contributed to your constant worry may come to light.

Self-Hypnosis

During our sessions you can also learn the technique of self-hypnosis. This gives you a tool that you can use to control your fear in everyday life.

EMDR

EMDR is particularly suitable for processing unprocessed traumatic experiences or ideas that could contribute to generalized anxiety. It enables intensive processing of these experiences in a protected environment.

Relaxation Techniques

Techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation or autogenic training can help calm the body and reduce stress. Regular relaxation exercises promote a feeling of calm and balance.

Together we will find out which method is best for you to sustainably reduce

your generalized anxiety and improve your well-being.

I look forward to accompanying you on your path to more serenity and joy in life.
