Hypnosis
Using the method of hypnosis, I can help you to strengthen your self-confidence in the long term.
During the hypnotic trance, I give you certain suggestions that have a positive effect on your self-esteem.
Blockages in the subconscious are broken down and personal resources activated.
During hypnoanalysis, we go even deeper and work on the causes of your insecurities anchored in the subconscious and resolve them.

Autogenic Training
Autogenic training is another supportive method for strengthening your self-confidence.
Through regular exercises, you learn to reduce stress, relax yourself and find inner peace,
which can sustainably strengthen your self-confidence.
EMDR
In this form of therapy, which was originally developed to treat trauma,
stressful memories are processed and re-evaluated using eye movements.
This can help to break down deep-seated negative beliefs about one's own self and strengthen self-confidence.
Yager Code
The Yager Code is a method for working with the subconscious without directly confronting traumatic experiences.
By communicating with the "higher consciousness", blocking patterns are identified and resolved.
This technique can effectively help to improve self-esteem.
